    Sarah applies her many years of yoga experience in an authentic, personalised and fun way. Vinyasa yoga at Blueys covers more than just the physical aspects of the art and I always leave her classes with posted energy, peace and happiness. As a body worker myself I can attest to her intimate knowledge of the body and its systems. I also wholeheartedly recommend her deep tissue massages - they certainly help to kick start the unwinding process!

    Sarah is wonderfully gifted at yoga and at teaching it to experts and beginners alike. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Always leave her classes feeling calm and content.
